Vito started at Bilcare Global Clinical Supplies on February 1, 2008.
Vito has over 30 years of experience in global business management and pharmaceutical/biotech contract research & development services, including expertise in clinical supplies, for both large and small companies.
Prior to joining Bilcare GCS, Vito was President of North American Operations for AAI Pharma, where he was responsible for Phase I, Bio-analytical, Non-Clinical (formulation, analytical, manufacturing, stability & raw material testing), and Phase II-IV business lines. At AAI, Vito grew the revenue line dramatically and turned the company results from a loss to a profit within two years.
From 2001 to 2005, Vito worked at Quintiles Transnational, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Strategic Research Services Business Unit. In this role, he was responsible for all global operations for non-registration and consulting services. Prior to this role, Vito was head of the International Clinical Development Services group in Quintiles Japan, where he was responsible for engineering a turn-around in the Quintiles Asian business.
From 1999-2001, Vito was President and CEO of Clingenix, Inc., an early stage pharmacogenomics company. In a very short period of time, Vito was able to grow the business, make a number of strategic acquisitions, and raise new capital for the company.
From 1994 to 1999, Vito worked at Quintiles Transnational, first as the head of the Pacific business and then as Executive Vice President of Business Management and Executive Vice President of Operational Services of Quintiles Americas. He was responsible for approximately 25% of the Quintiles business in the US, including responsibility over the clinical supplies business. During this time, he led the purchase of a clinical supplies business based in Philadelphia and its subsequent integration.
From 1986 to 1994, Vito worked at Diagnostic Laboratories, first as head of operations and then as VP/General Manager, and later as President and CEO. He was able to make the company a great financial success and ultimately it was sold at a great profit.
Vito has held previous positions in R&D at Biorad and the 6th Army Research Labs, and in sales/marketing at Baxter Travenol.
Vito obtained his BS in Biology and Chemistry from the Eastern University of Illinois. He has an MBA in General Management and an MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University in California.

Vincent Santa Maria, a veteran of the clinical service industry, joined Bilcare on July 16, 2007.
Santa Maria has over 25 years of experience primarily in pharmaceutical operations and pharmaceutical services, most recently serving as a consultant to the industry. Highly regarded throughout the clinical services industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Bilcare.
Prior to serving as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry, Santa Maria was President and Managing Director of Almedica Service Corporation where he oversaw daily operations including manufacturing, business development, project management, quality assurance, finance, risk management, human resources and information technology. Vincent played a pivotal role in the turnaround of Almedica by focusing on delivering dramatically improved quality and service to clients in North America and around the globe.
Before joining Almedica, Santa Maria served as Chief Financial Officer at Beacon Laboratories, a startup pharmaceutical company focused on developing anti-cancer drugs.
Prior to joining Beacon Laboratories, he directed the startup of US Financial operations of Zambon Corporation, a multi-national pharmaceutical subsidiary of Zambon Group SpA of Milan, Italy.
Santa Maria is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree from Stockton State College in Pomona, New Jersey. He is past president of the Raritan Valley, New Jersey Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Strong background in regulatory affairs, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance, cross-functional teams, supply chain management, systems development and project management
Most recently held the position of Associate Director of Worldwide GMP Quality Compliance for Merck Research Laboratories in which she was responsible for ensuring global harmonization, standard practices, and compliance across multiple organizations

Strong and diverse background in all facets of the HR discipline, including Talent Acquisition, Employment, Benefits, Compensation, Training, Organizational Development, Change Management and Employee Relations, as well as, extensive knowledge in the design and implementation of HRIS and payroll information systems.
Began her career in property & casualty insurance with an agency that brokered surety bonds for contractors. She then pursued opportunities within the gaming industry in both Atlantic City and Las Vegas.
Immediately prior to her move into the pharmaceutical industry, she held the position of Vice President-Human Resources for an entrepreneurial healthcare vendor that specialized in revenue cycle management.
Graduate of Temple University and holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
Prior to joining Bilcare, Richwalski was most recently Vice President and General Manager of Catalent (formerly Cardinal Health).
More than 25 years of experience in the clinical supplies and pharmaceutical industry.
Broad clinical supplies industry experience having worked for Quintiles as Vice President of Operations, Almedica Services as Director of Operations and both Ligand Pharmaceuticals and AAI as Clinical Supplies Manager.
Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry having worked in various management positions with Schering-Plough, Boots and Best Generics.

Has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility with companies such as KPMG Consulting, Deloitte & Touché Consulting, Oracle Corporation and most recently with Alcatel-Lucent.
Attended the Program for Management Development (PMD) at the Harvard Business School and holds an MS in Manufacturing/ Industrial from Polytechnic University in New York and a BS in Finance from University of Madras.
Jeremiah O’Brien CPA joined Bilcare as Chief Financial Office on May 27, 2008. Jerry is responsible for developing the strategy to lead the Finance and Accounting initiatives of Bilcare Global Clinical Supplies, Americas.
Jerry is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with a wealth of experience in various industries. Jerry began his career more than 35 years ago with KPMG Peat Marwick, one America’s largest Accounting firms. Following his three year tenure at KPMG, Jerry then moved on to GAF Corporation where he held several positions of increasing responsibility for the billion dollar conglomerate. Jerry then moved on to Emerson Radio as Controller. His next step took him to Cardiac Resuscitator Corporation, which was 71% owned by Emerson. Jerry planned and directed all phases of the Company’s turn around as Vice President, Finance/CFO, Executive Vice President and CEO and Board member by increasing sales and productivity for the medical electronics manufacturer. Jerry rounded out his career with Emerson as Senior Vice President of Finance where he successfully set up systems to facilitate and control the dramatic growth of Emerson and its affiliates.
Jeery was also employed as CFO for NUWAVE Technologies Inc., a high tech development company and Controller for Journal Register Company, a leading U.S newspaper publisher. Most recently, Jerry was Vice President Finance & Accounting – IDT Capital for IDT Corporation, a multinational telecommunications, entertainment and technology company with over $2 billion in annual revenues.
